Donnell started his career with Aerotek in 2002 as an on-premise recruiter in Detroit. He advanced through the ranks, along the way demonstrating a keen sense of leadership by managing workforces in excess of over 1,000 contracted employees. Donnell’s promotion to implementation manager in 2004 came, in part, as a result of his leadership expertise. In this role, he assisted the director of implementation with facility reviews, project plans and client relations to ensure seamless implementations of programs. This includes launching on-premise office operations, initial contractor fulfillment, designing and installation of time and attendance systems, development of customized recruiting and retention strategies, facilitation of contractor employee transition programs and establishment of best practices. He is certified in PROCSI change management and has been the project manager on the implementation of a number of large national accounts such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Solectron, Guidant, GM and Toyota.
Donnell is a diversity champion for Aerotek and he is based in the Southfield, MI field office.
